Rock’s Cool Ltd. offers music lessons for children and adults on a subscription basis. These lessons are provided either online, in person, or a combination of both, depending on the subscription plan chosen.

Our services include:

Music lessons for children (or adults) based on your selected subscription plan.

Communication related to lesson scheduling, cancellations, and updates.

Monthly subscription management, including payment processing through GoCardless, our third-party payment processor.

2. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are required to provide the following information:

Parent/Carer Details: Full name and email address.

Child Details: Full name of the child receiving lessons and the school they attend.

You agree to keep your account information updated and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans for our music lessons. You can choose from these plans on our website. The details of each plan, including pricing and lesson frequency, are provided on our site.

Payment Processing: All payments for subscriptions are processed by GoCardless, a third-party payment provider. By subscribing to our services, you authorize GoCardless to charge your payment method for monthly subscription fees. Please refer to their Privacy Policy for more information on how payment information is processed.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each month as per your subscription date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at contact@rocks-cool.co.uk Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent months.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, but no future charges will be applied.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation in the UK.

Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the services or website, including uploading malicious code or engaging in fraudulent activities.

Use our services to harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

After 14 days or after receiving lessons, your right to cancel is subject to our normal cancellation terms.
